Carolina Hurricanes Lambswool Scarf Extra Long
The Carolina Hurricanes, based in Raleigh, North Carolina, joined the NHL in 1979 as part of the NHL–WHA merger. Formerly known as Hartford Whalers, the team rebranded in 1997 as the Hurricanes. The Canes played their first game on October 11, 1979 and have won one Stanley Cup® Championship. The date of their first game as the Carolina Hurricanes and the number of Stanley Cup® Championship wins has been used to create the thread counts (width of lines) within the weave of this original tartan design:10-11-19-79-01
Lambswool is considered the highest quality of sheep's wool on the market. Taken from a sheep at its first shearing, lambswool is incredibly soft, smooth, resilient and has superior elasticity. The unique weaving process generates air pockets that retain heat while preventing moisture. Along with being natural, breathable and hypoallergenic, our lambswool can be worn comfortably against the skin.
