Named for Tampa's status as the "Lightning Capital of North America”, The Lightning played their first regular season game on October 7, 1992 and have gone on to win 3 Stanley Cup® Championships. The date of their first game and number of Stanley Cup® Championship victories has been used to create the thread counts (width of lines) within the weave of this original tartan design: 10-7-19-92-03.
